| Description |
We are looking for a motivated TCM practitioner to join our busy practice. The position
includes evenings (our busiest time) and you would be taking over many of my existing patients
as I am reducing my clinic availability.
Salary is a straight percentage though we are open to negotiation depending on your needs and
experience. Additionally, this is a great opportunity to build equity through your efforts until you
are a full partner in our practice.
We are in the town of Kirkwood, MO, a suburb of Saint Louis. It is an upscale pedestrian
community that has been here for over a century. The community is well educated and has been
very supportive of our activities.
We are a general family practice. Our patients range from 3 months to 93 years old. You name
it; we see it. We are usually the provider of last resort for our new patients (though that is
changing) and the first place they come for advice and help for our continuing patients.
If you have a specialty, that option exists as an adjunct to a general practice. The other two
practitioners have been practicing since 1999. This makes the position a great option for a recent
graduate. We have a great deal of training and experience in pediatrics, HIV, Hep-C, Fertility
and Geriatrics. Fertility and Women’s health is the plurality of our practice.

| Qualifications |
Beyond the legal, we have two absolute requirements:
1) A strong desire to help patients. We are busy because serving our patients comes first and that
allows us to live quite comfortably. Education, communication, empathy are all key skills to
fulfill this mission.
2) A willingness/desire to live in Saint Louis. We are looking for someone to become a part
owner of our practice, to put down roots and help us build in an underserved market. The ideal
candidate is from here and is looking to return.
