His office is located in Manhattan close to Union Square. Christian Ostensen graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with an four and a half year full time program including Chinese herbs and acupuncture. Then he became national certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Ostensen's mission is to use acupuncture and natural alternatives for various diseases which creates a lasting positive impact in patients' lives. As an Acupuncturist, he encourages patients to live in accordance with the natural biomechanics of the body.

A Full Treatment includes acupuncture, personal education, plus one or more of the following modalities: Tui Na , Cupping, Moxibustion, Heat Therapy, Inversion Table or  Herbal Consultation.
(1) additional cost for raw herbal formula or prescribed with herbal supplements,
(2) fee plan applies also to tui na, cupping, moxibustion, acupressure, reflexology, gua sha, micro currents
(3) only acupuncture is given and no supplemental treament is added
(4) no additonal fee for herbal consultation if taken in conjunction with an acupuncture treatment

The acupuncture office is located Southwest of Union Square in Manhattan. The entrance is on East 12th Street midway between University Place and Fifth Avenue. Acupuncturist Ostensen is two doors down from the Cinema Village Movie Theater.
