While herbs do make a difference, I believe that herbs by themselves usually offer little help for someone dealing with an addiction. That said, I do think that herbs can be a part of a holistic treatment plan for addicts.

Most recovering addicts find that they need to make lifestyle changes that bring new meaning to their lives.

Find a support group, change your environment and start doing regular aerobic exercise three times a week for 20 minutes to help fight the addiction.
