The other day I came across an interesting diet.  The diet is not based on any science or specific foods it is just a very simple way to curb your desires without very much effort. The diet is called "The No S Diet". The authors of "The No S Diet" are Reinhard Engles and Ben Kallen. The principles of the diet is easy to remember. According to the authors you only need to pay attention to three things and that is:

No Snacks
No Sweets
No Seconds

Except (sometimes) on days that start with "S".
